Trick to make Crispy French Fries without a drop of oil

French fries are ideal to eat at any time and can be a side dish, an appetizer, a main course with another ingredient on top and you can season them however you like. But, you can do it without consuming a lot of oil like you used to do it, you can do it in a healthier way.

1- Ingredients

The first thing you will need is to gather these ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 egg whites and seasonings to taste (it can be Provencal, paprika, ground chili, salt, rosemary, the one you like the most).

2- Peel and Cut the potatoes

The second thing you should do is peel the potatoes, wash them and then cut them in the format that you like the most. We recommend doing it in sticks, slices or very fine cubes.

3- Mix the egg whites

You must mix the 2 egg whites in a bowl and season them with the ingredients you have chosen.

4- Join potatoes and mix

Mix the cut potatoes with the mixture of eggs and seasonings. Once everything is well integrated, you must take everything to a roasting pan or oven tray to which you will put baking paper on top.

5- Baked !

Once you have the ingredients mixed and placed on the baking paper in the pan or tray, you must now place it in the oven and cook them for 8-10 minutes.

6- Remove from the oven and put back

Once they have been in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes and they have started to cook, you should take them out of the oven and remove the paper from the base. Don’t worry if they stick to you a bit, you can easily peel them off. And now you must put them back on the roasting pan or baking tray but without the paper for 15 more minutes or until you see them brown.
