You will need:
Empty bowl
Paper tissue
Vinegar
Detergent powder/Surf
Water
Paint thinner oil
Take an empty bowl and put a paper tissue in it.
Add the detergend powder in the bowl.
Add water and mix it very well.
Add the paper tissues that will stick to the cover and will help to remove the dirt better.
Add some vinegar in the mixture and stir it well.
Put the cover in.
Wrap the tissue around and leave it for 5 minutes.
Add the paint thinner and stir it well.
Wrap the tissue around again and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
