3-ingredient bread ready in minutes without wheat

3-ingredient bread ready in minutes without wheat
It is a simple recipe that does not require too much time.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 12 tbsp. of powdered milk
- 2 tsp. chemical yeast
Preparation, step by step:
- To start, add the eggs to a bowl and beat well manually with a whisk until the egg whites dissolve well.
- Then, the yeast is added and we continue mixing until it is completely integrated.
- Next, we add the 12 tablespoons of powdered milk little by little and while stirring until we reach a homogeneous mass. The consistency has to be sticky.
- Next step, once this texture of the dough is achieved and with the help of a soup spoon we are going to take out portions and arrange them on a previously oiled plate or mold.
- With the oven pre-heated to 180º C, we introduce the tray for approximately 10 minutes, or when we see them raised, fluffy and golden.
